Please note: Functional Medicine consultations are strictly out of pockets and are not covered by insurance. We also offer a a self-pay option for patients who are seeking a primary Care consultation at a very competitive rate. Our goal is to make our services affordable for the general public.
Therefore our practice offers several payments options. We accept all major credit cards and have alternative payment options such as Care Credit for clients who prefer to finance their self-pay services.
You can make payments for your visit-related costs using Square, PayPal, Cash or checks . Some Health Savings Accounts (HSA or FSA) may cover some fees and services subject to payer's authorization.
